Most regular infantry are supplied in helmet. For variety, some are supplied (at random), barehead with headband. Auxiliaries come in random mix of helmets and barehead.

All heavy infantry are supplied with shield, please select from;  a) tower shield, b) wicker faced tower shield, c) large conical, d) medium conical. NB. Conical shields are more suited to guard or elite units.
